NEGES Foundation

Sponsor a child’s education for one year. $300 will educate one child for one year, buy a locally made new school uniform and shoes and school supplies.

It is our hope at the NEGES Foundation to empower women by hearing their voices and acknowledging their needs. Over 200 women currently participate in our micro-enterprise and job training projects. You can help women realize their goal of economic independence by investing in our capacity building projects.

One aspect of increasing concern for Haiti as a whole is the preservation and protection of the environment. Seed planting and collection, tree planting, recycling and efficient use of existing resources will certainly improve the quality of life. Our environmental projects are designed to foster efforts for food security, sustainability and environmental improvement in Haiti.

Speaking English is increasingly a pre-requisite for finding meaningful employment in Haiti. Although our classes are open to everyone, most of our students are between the ages of 12 and 30.
